So happy to have tracked all week and then see another pound gone this morning.
My calories for the week went like this: 2000, 1500, 1900, 1600, 1700, 1700. My range on Sparkpeople is 1350-1700. I'm working next week on experimenting on trimming it back a little bit, but it seems to work for me right now.
I had one night where I was out to dinner with friends, but managed to figure out what I ate and track it, another night where I hosted a networking meeting with food, but since I was in control I supplied all kinds of health things from Whole Foods.
Tracking is feeling easier this time, and not so restricted that the slightest change will throw me off track and make me give up.
