    1 tbsp WF Chocolate Dip

    Lunch@12pm:
    IP Chicken Soup
    Roasted Eggplant & Garlic Puree <--occasional 2x/week veggie
    Salad w/EVOO+Apple Cider Vinegar

    Walk ~2mi@3:30pm <--mall walking today, gotta go early because...
    **Massage@5:30pm!!

    Snack@4:30pm:
    IP Vanilla Pudding
    Miracle Noodles Rice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Dinner@8pm:
    Turkey Tenderloin
    Roasted Cauliflower & Celery Puree

    Hot herbal tea @ 10pm

    Week 3, Day 3

    Having a day without a restricted today. Just for today, because I need my bars

    Breakfast: IP crispy cereal with stevia and cinnamon

    Lunch: I mixed the IP chocolate drink with the IP strawberry drink and had half
    Zucchini chips

    Snack: the other half of the IP drink I made

    Dinner: still don't know! haha
  • Phase 1 DAY 6

    B: Chocolate RTD
    Lunch: Chocolate RTD plus 1 cup of sliced cucumbers w/ sea salt
    Snack: 1 cup of sliced cucumbers
    Dinner: 8 0z of shrimp cooked with a little EVOO and paprika served on a bed of romaine with a cup of cucumber and a cup of red pepper and served with a vinegrette of red wine vinegar, evoo, salt , pepper and a little mustard in the mix.
    Night Snack: Chocolate RTD
  • Breakfast: IP Cran Drink

    Lunch: Salad, chick soup loaded with broc and cauliflower, lots of spices. WATER WATER WATER. It's tom for me and I feel so bloated.

    Dinner: Baked chicken and Zucchini, salad.

    Snack: Garlic Soy Nuts.

  • I have my first weigh in today @ 3:00 and was tempted to skip lunch -- but I didn't. Instead I got creative! I stuffed a bell pepper with chopped mushrooms and tomatoes (counted as restricted). Seasoned it well with garlic, evoo, sea salt, and a shake of my favorite greek seasoning. IT was fantastic! Oh, and I drank my IP shake while was chopping. I will definitely make this again.

    Oh, boy. We are attending my husband's work BBQ so I'm hoping to stay OP for this one. I plan to have a hamburger patty (without bun/condiments) and then hopefully someone is bringing a veggie tray so I can get my 2 cups of veggies from that.
