    5 different strength exercises, 3 sets each
    Ab work
  • MONDAY
    Wasn't going to go out today but ended up doing my 4.5 miles in 53:49 AND I broke in a new pair of sneaks-NO BLISTERS!!!!
  • Monday morning
    I got back on my pilates video, and I started the walking video this morning. I feel great!!!!
  • Monday
    Well, that wasn't so bad. Today I did a half hour program on the elliptical!! Hooray Me!

    I'm hoping to keep up with a 4 week program I found. Tomorrow is weights!
  • Day 1- Monday

    30 minutes on the ole' treadmill
  • Monday, Day 1----

    Did 36 minutes on the TM this morning. Felt good. Could have gone longer, but I had to get in the shower first this morning.

    30 minutes weights, upper body.
  • Monday a.m.
    65 minutes on the treadmill.

    Completed 3 miles walk and 30 minutes of wt. training..abs/chest/quads

  • TUESDAY
    I did NOT want to go out today but it was such a gorgeous day I pushed myself. Took me forever to get in my 4.5 miles, an hour and 5 minutes-slower than molasses, but I went!
  • Tuesday
    I got in my pilates and my 2 mile walk tape!!!!!
  • Tuesday a.m.
    60 minutes on the treadmill.
