Yesterday morning I was 284 and this morning I was 282.5. I haven't had a loss that big in a day since I started and I'm just wondering if this is something that happens normally.
I didn't even exercise yesterday. It's totally weird.




... but it's like JohnP said - "fat" loss is a different thing than "weight" loss. Heck, I weighed Tuesday morning at 153.2 lb and Wed morning at 154.6 lb... then just for funzies, I weighed again last night (12 hours later) and was 158.0!!!
... BUT! - I had a very heavy carb dinner and LOTS of sodium throughout the day. This morning, I was back down to 154.8
