
Today was definitely a lazy day for me. I only walked a mile today and when I don't stay active is when I used to fall off the wagon.
Tonight I cooked everyone dinner..SPAGHETTI!! (ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES!!) and the way my family cooks it, its easy to have 2000 calories in one bowl!... and it smelled so goooooood.... and it looked so goooooood.... AND I DIDN'T EAT A SINGLE BIT OF IT!!!!
THAT'S RIGHT I STUCK TO MY DIET!! one of my favorite things is to have breakfast for dinner so my lunch consisted of the following:
*1 egg white with pepper=75 cal with the yoke..I'm not sure without so I left it at 75
*1 slice of 15 grain bread toasted=100 cal
*4 large strawberries=rounded to 100
*16 oz. of water
(this may not seem like a alot but I was completely satisfied!!)
It felt SO good to watch everyone eat the pasta and eat my breakfast. I wrote everything in my food journal and was good. This has never happened before! I know it's small but I am incredibly proud of myself. Has anyone else over come temptation like this?

.. everything in small portions of course.
