My friend and I are currently in phase I of IP. We got rid of our coach because she is a ding dong. However, we do like some of this food, but the price is too high. Are there foods out there that are similar in taste but without the cost. I have lost 7 lbs so far and she has lost 9 lbs so we know this works.
