Hello!
Three years ago, I joined 3FC and it was an important part of my weight loss journey. I lost about 53 pounds total, but have gained it all back. I could give a million reasons why I gained it back, but they would really be excuses.
In any event, I am back. Last week, I started over again at my original weight. I am down 5 lbs. this week and back in the saddle.
I am glad to be here again, as I found the support and information here very helpful last time around. I look forward to crossing paths with many of you!
