My new problem

  • At leasst one I haven't mentioned before.

    I have a large buldge above my bellybutton up to about the bottom of my ribcage. It seems to get bigger when I exercise, and Oxycise! I've talked to several people about it and no one seemms to know what it could be. I have been doing a lot of water aerobics and doing a lot of what they call "core" exercises and the more I exercise the larger the buldg get. Anyone know anything about this? i do have an appointment with a doctor to have it check out next Friday. I'll let you know what i find out.
  • Barb a hernia???? does it go down when you stop exercising and when you push it in??? Does it hurt???

  • My first thought is, if it doesn't hurt, it's probably where you've built muscle underneath the fat. Sounds bad but it's not because all muscle causes you to burn more fat.
