I have a large buldge above my bellybutton up to about the bottom of my ribcage. It seems to get bigger when I exercise, and Oxycise! I've talked to several people about it and no one seemms to know what it could be. I have been doing a lot of water aerobics and doing a lot of what they call "core" exercises and the more I exercise the larger the buldg get. Anyone know anything about this? i do have an appointment with a doctor to have it check out next Friday. I'll let you know what i find out.
My first thought is, if it doesn't hurt, it's probably where you've built muscle underneath the fat. Sounds bad but it's not because all muscle causes you to burn more fat.
