Well I have a few goals but the ULTIMATE goal would be healthy, go off my blood preassure meds and, comfortable in my own body.I could also add not to be the biggest chic in my group of friends

. I have always been overweight/obese.
My most current goal is to lose 100lbs and join The 100lb Club. Thank goodness I am almost there. I never thought I could stick with it as long as I have. My thinking has been so different. I look at losing weight as my lifestyle not a diet. Its helped me so so much thinking this way.
