I am on my 3rd day and loving this program

What do you love about nutrisystem? I am waiting on my order in the mail. It arrives today. It will be my first time trying nutrisystem. But what do you like best about it?

Before I started nutrisystem I went on their message boards.I got tons of recipes for "doctoring up" the meals.I was never hungry.

It is so easy and the food is good, so crazy don't even have an urge to cheat and thats big for me. Love the discussion board on their site so helpful. Hope you like it as much as me

I start Nutrisystem tomorrow....I have a GIGANTIC box of meals sitting in front of me as I type...

and I'm so excited! I have about 40 pounds to lose. Would love any bits of advice or hints!

I'd say the best advice I could give you is to be strong and serious about your goals, don't get discouraged, and overall JUST DO IT! You are definitely going to have some bad days where your faith in the product is questioned, and you will seem it's not working anymore. Just trust that it is and keep pushing... before you know it, you will reach your goals!

That's really good advice, I'm kind of having a few of those days, but overall I'm so impressed by how easy this program is. I love not having to think about anything.

Now, it's just me making myself be active. Why does that have to be so hard?

does anyone know what the Jan offer will be or if it is better than current 40% off?

Just bought the five day kit from Walmart,,,,can someone tell me how much you can lose in five days?

Love Love LOVED nutrisystem when I did it a few years ago. And from what I've heard it's just gotten better. Helped me to lose 20lbs in a couple months and it was easy. I never had to think about meals. I'm a nurse and rotate between day and night shifts, so not having to meal plan was absolutely huge for me. Plus I loved all the food

i am just starting this program..ive gained 10 pounds in just a couple weeks..im addictd to pop and been doin fast food alot plus the holidays

Be careful to eat more than just the products.
Years ago, I ate only the Nutrisystem products for three meals plus snacks, and lost weight, but I also lost quite a lot of hair. I assume it happened because I wasn't eating vegetables or fruits and I wasn't taking a multivitamin.

I used NS for a month, and the plan is really easy. I stopped because the farts all the soy products produce were unbearable. I tried all sorts of solutions (fennel tea, caraway seeds, etc.) but I just couldn't handle the "Nutri-toots".
