So recently I was turned on to Quinoa and now need some things to do with it...anyone have any good recipes ?

Greek salad with quinoa..

Make a greek salad using cucumber tomato red onion and cow feta, then add in some grapeseed or olive oil and balsamic vineger along with some salt and pepper and then put your quinoa into that and stir it in...It tastes absoloutly delicious!

Really anything you can do with rice, you can do with quinoa. Stuff peppers with it, make "rice" pudding...etc.

I make mine with leftover roasted broccoli, roasted red pepper, feta, and scallions. It's phenomenal. My four year old loves it too.
