I am back... had a wild, rough, traumatising summer, fall & winter! All has settled, everything is back to "normal"! My husband had a very bad accident on Aug. 28th (after "hurricane" Irene) He fell 18 feet from a ladder and landed on his head
He is doing AMAZING AND RECOVERED QUICKLY! " 
Im back on low carb, not quite following IP to the T but I am staying under 30 net carbs a day.. feeling I need to lower that and start watching my calories and fat intake now...
I do have a question hopeing someone out there can answer or give me advice.....
Ok so I have noticed that at least once or twice a week I get super bloated..like I put on 2-2 1/2" on my waist and makes my lower back sore and I am uncomfortable. I have been low carbing for the past 2 weeks. The scale says I have lost 7.5 pounds but I have not lost any inches...
I am drinking water, taking a multi vitamin, eating my greens...
What do we make of this? what are your suggestions??
