What was the first change in your body you noticed?

  • I've only just started my diet, but I'm sat here just wondering and wondering which part of my body I'll notice has changed first! So, which part of your body did you first notice change in? Face? Legs? Stomach? Arms?
  • My face. Then collar bones. Its great to see how far I have come. Be sure to take plenty of pictures on your journey.

  • First started to noticed my thighs, hips, and butt area. I always thought it'd be my face first but I guess my last weight gainage was my thighs, hips, and butt area. I have only been like you though the past month or so because I added working out to my regimen.

  • For me it was being able to do my belt up a notch tighter! Then legs after that - not boobs which is where I usually lose from first.
  • Collarbones! My feet also went down half a size...and my boobs got smaller.
  • Totally noticed it in my belly first, after about 10 pounds. After that, my thighs have smoothed out a little, not so much cellulite, and my calves are a little smaller. :-)
  • I always lose up top first. Face, shoulders, chest, waist. It comes off my hips last, much to my endless frustration! But the very first thing I usually notice is my rings start to fall off. Just what every girl dreams of: skinny fingers.

  • My waist is always the first place I notice it. Then my face, my hips are the last place it goes from and the first place I gain.

  • Face, then neck area. Then my calves, LOL... And I'd always thought I had my dad's stubby fat fingers, lol, but no, I have my mom's.. they are just shorter in nature, like his, but shaped much like hers.
