I love low calorie sugar free instant dry pudding. I usually keep white chocolate, dark chocolate, and butterscotch on-hand.
I use it occasionally in my protein shakes and oatmeal when I feel like something a little different.

I've made up some tasty combos like Snickers Bar protein shake with peanut butter, cocoa powder, dry butterscotch pudding, vanilla protein and Almond Joy with coconut extract, cocoa powder, vanilla protein and dry chocolate pudding. Vanilla protein, mint extract, and dry white chocolate pudding is tasty too!
Today I experimented and made a caramel apple oatmeal with plain oats, milk, diced apple, cinnamon, dry butterscotch pudding, and walnuts! It came out great!
