Weekly weigh-in or measure-in

  • Well, I was up to 165 last week because of TOM but I am now back down to 162 lbs I am hoping to be down to 155lbs by Easter Weekend
  • Down a 1/2 lb to 162. Not bad since I had ice cream and pizza all weekend. But today is another week, another start.

    As for Easter weekend - My goal is to be below 160 according to my new scale. Not major, but I don't think I have actually been below that in years. My old scale said I hit 154, but it was 6-7 lbs off.
  • Okay, this is ridiculous. I have HAD IT with being sick! I'm still coughing and snorting (excuse me) and weak. Although I AM getting a little more stamina. These drugs are just taking too damned long to kick in.
    So if I can't exercise yet, I'm going to eat properly. (famous last words)
    I gained two and a half pounds last week. I've been eating like a crazy person, but this week I am going to TAKE CONTROL!!

    Mauvais, please keep posting your meals... you are my current role model.

    I still can't get used to stepping on the scale and seeing that 8 instead of a 9 in the second digit... especially since its heading towards a 7!! It just blows me away!

    I finally reigned myself in from a horrible February, even though I was up & down all that month, I'm officially down 2 lbs (from my weight at the beginning of Feb, lol). My goal for the rest of this month is another 6 lbs, dangit!

    I'm done 3 lbs from last week! I gained those 3 lbs on my weekend off and dh and I went out and away for the weekend.

  • Hi ladies! I lost 3 lbs on vacation! Did not drink but 2 Diet Cokes during the entire vacation and on my first day back I have had 5!!! Stop the insanity! Today is a fresh day and I will have no more! I ate chips yesterday as well so the salt is horrible! Today it is water and fruit for me.
