Hello forum. My name is Mana. I am 25 years old and currently weigh 224. I just weighed in today and I could not believe my eyes. This time 2 years ago, I was so proud of myself. I had managed to get down to a size 12 and weigh 155 lbs. But now I have blown up even worse than I ever have before and it makes me frustrated. It is time to change.
I have decided to first do the Master Cleanse for 10 days so that I can get all the crap out of my body. Then it is time to get a meal plan that will help me keep all my weight off.
As far as activity, I already intend to make full use of the track at the park next door to my apartment and start my dancing videos. I could use a few more suggestions.
I'm very happy my friend Katie mentioned this site to me because I could use all the help I can get. Who's with me?!?!?
