but I started walking on 2/25 and have only taken a few breaks..........My goal after a bit was 2miles in 30min.....well....I had to break out in a slight almost race walking...... BUT at exactly 30 min I made 2miles!!
A fifteen minute mile is a big deal and it is the pace I have to put in work to keep when I do my daily walks and not a pace my peers at the track typically get up to when walking.
Yay! Good for you. I'm trying so hard to get to a 15 minute mile. I'm close but not quite there. But I love having a fitness goal. It keeps me motivated to get out there and do it.
