...you go to the store, reach for workout pants and a sports bra in the size you've always bought them in, go in the fitting room, and realizing they're now too big! I tried on a pair of Danskin workout pants from Walmart in a XXL, and they were just too loose! Still comfy, but I knew if I kept working out then they wouldn't be staying on my butt very long if they were already that loose, lol. So I went down a size, and voila! The only thing is, though, I wish they made exercise pants that didn't show every roll and bump and lump. Urgh!
As for the bra, I reached for the 42 because that's what my current sports bra is... and when I did all the tests (running in place, jumping up and down), the ladies were WAY too bouncy! Went down to the 40, voila! Not perfectly in place (you can't really expect much from a $3 sports bra, lol), but it was a lot better than the bigger one! Made me feel so excited! And then I went and worked out in my new workout clothes and the elliptical kicked my ***. But it's okay, because my *** is smaller now.
