    Tickers and Signatures:

    There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. When you've met those requirements check The Ultimate Signature and Ticker Thread for more information and instructions.

    Searching:

    If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

    1) Go to google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your google search.

    For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in google search. No need to inlucde the quotation marks when you type.

    2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

  • Good Morning everyone. Well today is WI#3. Someone told me yesterday, they could tell I was losing weigh. I can, I went to the store and purchased a size 14. (For sum reason I didn't have 14's in my closet. I have 12, 10, 8, but no 14's. ODD) Suppose its time to pack up the 16's. My closest will be 1/4 empty. Hopefully I don't stay 14's but a couple of weeks, and the down to the 12's. It feels good I have to say, After struggling with trying to get this weight off, I finally found something that works.

    Isn't it funny, I don't have any size 12s! I just packed up and shipped off all my 14s and have very few things left. Making due with a couple of XL skirts with drawstings since otherwise they would be way to big (they're actually really cute, but don't sound attractive!) and 1 pair of jeans I got at the thrift store.
  • Happy Monday everyone!! Enjoy date #2 wuv I'm only day6 but last week was vacation week- no school, no work, no hockey, no gymnastics- it's back to reality today!!! We've gotten into the IP routine- veggies are all washed are ready to eat in the fridge, I think we are over the first few day side effects (unfortunately we were both tiered, muscle aches and headaches... Proofing just how carb addicted we were!). Im looking forward to this week- my goal Stay organized & make meal plan for the week. I work 12 hour shifts so I have to pack ALL my food for that day. Although my hubby is very helpful and a great cook- it's helpful to have meals ready for him and kids bc time is slim between him getting off work and getting kids to activities. I'm pretty sure preparation will be key to both of us staying OP!
  • Good Morning!! WI this morning for me! I'm down another 1.8lbs. WooHoo! I'm also retaining so much water for some reason I can't even get my wedding ring on (it goes to my fingers first) so I bet next week will be an even bigger number. Plus I'm only .4lbs away from being in the 'overweight' category instead of obese. I can't wait!! That's the big milestone I have been saving up to treat myself for. As soon as I hit 166.4 in my daily WI I am booking that massage!
