Did you see the thread on recipes? They are tons of them. Personally, I keep it simple and bake, steam or boil my protein (except my tofu I saute it in OO). I either dip my protein in WF dijon mustard or use a soy sauce with fresh garlic and ginger...real simple! There's a Finish man Finn (something) that has a FB page and is on here and EVERYONE raves about his creations and such. Once you start exploring you'll find him...
