I'm going to post an update on me and what has been going on while I've been awol, but in the meantime I think its a good idea for me to start being accountable again for what I'm eating. Back on induction, as of today:
Upon awakening:
glass of barley grass juice
1 slice american cheese, vitamins and water
Breakfast:
tea with milk
egg salad with pork rinds
Lunch:
Chicken sausage, broccoli with butter and mashed cauliflower
Snacks:
Cheese crisp
Atkins Peanut Butter bar
tea with milk
Dinner:
probably a cheeseburger
How's everyone else doing?

and small salad. I also had a couple of glasses of red wine and a little popcorn at the movies.
gotta love a diet that allows whip cream!

. I had a bag of cheese doodles and a baked potatoe with creamed chipped beef. ((sigh))
