Food Logs, Week of 3/3

  • I'm going to post an update on me and what has been going on while I've been awol, but in the meantime I think its a good idea for me to start being accountable again for what I'm eating. Back on induction, as of today:

    Upon awakening:
    glass of barley grass juice
    1 slice american cheese, vitamins and water

    Breakfast:
    tea with milk
    egg salad with pork rinds

    Lunch:
    Chicken sausage, broccoli with butter and mashed cauliflower

    Snacks:
    Cheese crisp
    Atkins Peanut Butter bar
    tea with milk

    Dinner:
    probably a cheeseburger

    How's everyone else doing?
  • Tuesday, 3/4
    Upon awakening:
    glass of barley grass juice
    2 slices of American cheese
    vitamins

    Breakfast:
    one hard boiled egg
    pork rinds
    decaf coffee with milk (and a small splash of caffinated coffee)

    Lunch:
    fish tempura (defiently carbs in the breading, but I think I read somewhere that tempura batter has lower carbs)

    Snack:
    Atkins chocolate decadence bar, cup of tea with milk
    Lots of water!!
  • Monday--
    NO DIET PEPSI TODAY!!

    2 scrambled eggs
    Lunch
    can't remember lo-carb though
    snack peanuts
    supper
    sausage and sauerkraut
    green tea was the beverage of the day!

    Tuesday
    breakfast
    3 eggs
    snack 2 tablespoons peanut butter
    lunch
    chicken bouillon
    peanuts
    snack pork rinds
    I got the munchies today!'
    steak for supper
    I have already drank a diet pepsi

    Tuesday

    Breakfast: eggsalad

    Lunch: left over birthday steak and broccoslaw

    Supper: mexi chicken and ceasar salad

    Snack: 2 oz cheddar cheese and 3 slices salami
  • Tuesday: - not enough calories
    B. just coffee - felt crappy
    L. wilted lettuce salad with 1.5 eggs and 3 slices of bacon
    d. spaghetti squash with meat sauce and Parmesan
    Drank at least 10 glasses of water

    Wednesday: (planned)
    B. Small steak fried in butter with one egg
    L. Protein shake
    D. Chicken of some sort with spinach
  • I went off plan last night for dinner, there wasn't much choice. Dinner was a salami sandwich and small salad. I also had a couple of glasses of red wine and a little popcorn at the movies.

    Today:

    On awakening, the usual:
    Barley grass juice
    2 slices American cheese
    Vitamins

    Breakfast:
    1 hard boiled egg
    cheese crisp
    tea with milk

    Lunch:
    Chicken sausage with broccoli and mashed cauliflower

    Snack:
    hard boiled egg

    Dinner:
    Unknown yet, maybe chicken wings
  • Wednesday

    After weighing myself this morn.......Im not too happy, so.....here's to a full OP day with exercise!!!

    Breakfast

    1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup strawberries

    Lunch: broccoslaw and 1 salmon patty

    Supper: bbq chicken thighs and ceasar salad

    Snacks if needed will be a big ole bowl of brussel sprouts with butter and parm cheese

    Lots of water!!! and of course my usual pot of coffee

    Edit: I mixed up my cottage cheese breakfast, and only ate half of it.....it filled the bowl!!! lol, same thing tomorrow

    well, the water weight is finally starting to drop off....3 lbs since yesterday! Thats alot of water!!

    I also have to add to yesterday, 1 cup strawberries and 1/4 cup whip cream mmmmmm mmmmmmm mmmmmmmmm gotta love a diet that allows whip cream!

    Breakfast: the other half of yesterdays breaky I couldnt finish...1/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup strawberries

    Lunch: Broccoslaw and a salmon patty

    Supper: ceasar salad, and left over bbq chicken

    Snack: egg salad
  • Well today was a horrid day!!

  • OK I'm being truthful! Yesterday I had clam chowder for lunch (yes I had oyster crackers too), full of potatoes. Dinner was buffalo chicken wings, but a few beers snuck in there too.

    Today:
    Breakfast:
    chicken sausage, broccoli and cauliflower (lunch from yesterday)

    Lunch:
    Grilled cheese sandwich (Yikes, what is happening here?????)

    Dinner
    Unknown yet, please let it be on plan!!

    Even if I go off plan I'm going to post it.
  • Well, my dinner certainly was off plan . I had a bag of cheese doodles and a baked potatoe with creamed chipped beef. ((sigh))

    Today:

  • Tilly, you keep at it girl! It takes determination to post the bad meals as well. I might as well confess too, I had a burrito for lunch. I'm on SB, but still no white flour allowed. Man, I love tortillas. Hang in there, you'll get detoxed!

    Lunch: salmon patty and brocco slaw

    Supper: went out, big ole burger (no bun) with bacon and I ate about 1/2 the french fries
