Hi everyone! My name is Kari, I知 30 years old and I have 3 kids with my wonderful husband. I am ready to lose weight and be fit again. Although I知 not obese or a ton of weight over my ideal weight, even the little weight I have depresses me. I hate going to the store and finding something I LOVE only to try it on and it not fit right because of all the extra bulge. I知 hoping this forum along with weight watchers and exercise can help me be confident about myself again.

Hi Kari! I'm new to the forum as well. I know it hard to look for clothes, fall in love with it, and then find yourself disliking the way it fits. I go through that all of the time. Good luck! You can do this.

The title made me quite sad because I'm a high school student not "high school skinny". But that's why I'm here and I'm working towards my high school friends perfect bodies as a goal xD Best of luck to you too )

Aww didn't mean anything in a bad way I was just referencing me in high school being "skinny" not necessarily anyone else.

Kari, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join. Be sure to check out the 30-somethings and WW sub forum
