I have been stuck at 200.2 or so the past 4 days, and while that wouldn't normally drive me all that crazy, I am desperate to see the one hundreds on the scale and this is like torture for me. I am about to go out with a friend I haven't seen in months to olive garden. My calories for the day will be about 1800-2000 which is a little higher than normal. I am going to get 2 breadsticks, and cheese ravioli. I feel guilty already but I haven't had a cheat day in almost 2 weeks and that combined with being stuck at a bad place on the scale has got me going crazy. I heard having a bad meal every once in a while is okay, and sometimes even jump starts weight loss again?? Anyone heard this before? I may just be giving myself an excuse, cause I feel guilty. I have been working out every day too, should I work out again today? I was planning to. Thanks.
