I love these things...
sure I measure and count. (I break up the bag into single servings when I get home fromt he store)
but...
are there any health benefits to these? I see on the bag they have no cholesterol and are high in protein. Do they have the "good" fat that ppl talk about?
btw.. I eat dr soy ( drsoy.com )

soy is supposed to keep heart disease at bay, and they have plant estrogens that are helpful to some people. not to mention the protein and stuff.
i personally can't stand soy nuts. the ones i've had taste so dry and icky.

Soy has great bennifits and if you like it. I personally like it too.
But too much soy can be...well not good. It can give you sore breast and things like that. It is because of the natural estrogen in it. It does have the good fat because it is a plant.
So eat up and enjoy.
