Last Saturday's weigh in I only lost 0.2 pounds, so I was seriously frustrated. I decided it was time to DO something, so I poked around on the exercise forum here. I bought a kettlebell that came with a workout DVD. I did it twice this week; once for 20 minutes and once for 27 minutes. I lost 5 pounds this week! I not only finally reached 75 pounds down, I zoomed right past it!


I don't know if the new exercise broke the plateau or not, but it's certainly motivating me to keep it up!

Now I have hope that it could happen before fall.
