I"m so disgusted with myself! I did 4 full days of low carb, on Friday I had chips at lunch and then on Saturday cheated all day (it was dd's 5th birthday party)....and I pulled a muscle in my upper back on Thursday so I haven't done my video in a week....guess its time to start that all over again

Now i've got a cold and am CRANKY lol...
i'm so sick of dieting..i think i'm going to just quit and "watch what i eat"...seriously, I started monday last week at 194 and then Thursday was 192, then today 198....one day, really?? one day of cheating.....geez....
