For me, I weigh in twice a week, Monday and Friday. And I track it on my phone (with an app called Noom), so I always have my little graph with me (plus I track calories eaten and burned, again that constant reminder).
Friday's are my offical weigh in day although I do weigh every day but only take my weight seriously on the Friday haha. Glad you found an eating plan that works for you!
