I also weigh daily, but I understand how my weight can fluctuate. I am a numbers geek and keep track of my daily weigh ins!! I have a graph I made during my weight loss (I love that graph) that shows that while my weight was all over the place, it was still going down.
Some members choose to do what I do, or they: weigh every other day, a few times a week, once a week, once a month or not at all.
The best advice I can give is that you find what works for you. There is no one right answer that works for all of us
