HI I just found this great Site. Today is my first day here, and I am starting the Medifast plan tomorrow. I am so excited, my food package will arrive today! I will examine it and put it away in a special place of it's own. I have chatted with my coach yesterday, and I will call her as soon as my food gets here so she can help me get started. I think i have tried every diet going, of course, I take the weight off but it seems to find me immediately again. I am counting on this to be my last hurrah! Because I fully intend to keep it off this time!

Welcome to the forum. If you have not visited it yet, there is a forum on this site for Medifast plan followers, I think it is under 'Diet Central". I am sure you will find a lot of information there.

Iamthegram, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!

Hi and welcome! I'm a newbie here as well but already find this site to be both addicting and helpful I've stayed up a few night just reading through all the posts....great forum!
