Just signed up hoping that if I can put something in writing and own up to everything I do this may work for me again. I am a past weight watchers person who in the past has lost 85 pounds gaining some back over time and want to lose it again for good this time. I follow the same plan without going to meetings and use my treadmill everyday now for 10-40 minutes depending how much time I can find. So will try to be posting daily. Wish me luck.
