ok I just f igured out that I have lost 3 1/4 pounds in the month of Feb. I entered the challenge wanting to lose 8 pounds. Boy was I dreaming. Now here's my diet. What ever is wrong with this!
1c. decaff coffee
9 glasses of water
4eggsw/2 tsp butter
4 slices bacon
4slices bacon
2oz cheese
2oz cheese
1boiled egg
1/4c sauteed mushrooms w/ 1T butter
2cups salad veggies
4oz chicken breast
2T ranch dressing
4 T of that miracle whip recipe
I didn't enter this into fit day but this is really typical of every day. Hmm maybe I should do fit day again. What if I'm way off calorie wise?

But, the calories have to stay up around 1200 for me or it's no use!
I'm suppose to have back surgery and thst is why I've been trying to lose thee weight but my back also makes it very difficut too walk or do anything but I know I could walk more than I do!
