at the doctors last week. I will tell you what that is super scary! My BMI according to my doctor is 37.2, and I have finally come to terms that I need to lose weight and now! I am going to try the low sugar diet and try to work out at least 4 times a week, with working from home I am sitting for 8 hours and need to off set it somehow. Has anyone tried tae-bo or any of the other do it at home dvds? I am actually pretty active right now, my boyfriend and I walk and or hike generally one day a week and have been working up to the harder trails.
My current goal is 10lbs a month, I know it's sorta steep but it is worth the shot and then after my first month I will adjust it accordingly. Does anyone have any other ideas or thoughts?
