Weekly report: 01/09/12 to 01/15/12

  • Hello all

    I know not a lot of people are doing this diet anymore but I am now doing it again to loose the extra pounds.
    So I will be making this thread mainly for me every week but HEY if you are doing this diet, it helps to keep a journal

    Today:
    B: 2 eggs and one slice of rye bread
    L: Salad with tuna
    S: one banana and yogurt
    D: Fajitas

    Exercise: I am doing 30 mins of cardio and 15 mins of muscle toning (upper body)

    yesterday I totally cheated and ate so much sugar. I think it is just an indicator that my sugar levels are too low so today I will eat some fruits as a snack between lunch and dinner
