Thought it might be useful to have a daily check-in thread for motivation, rather than just the numbers on the scale. Let's remember the WHY, instead of just the HOW or WHAT.
Today I will stick to my plan so that...
1/1 - I can stop wondering if weight is the reason (fill in blank)
1/2 - I'm not controlled by food thoughts.
1/3 - I can make my goal way before October.
1/4 - My self-control will be stronger than the cravings.
1/5 - I am more motivated to make other changes in my life.
1/6 - My thighs will swim in my jeans.

1/6/12 I will stick to plan because I want to look great for my brother's wedding.
