Hi everyone,
Hope we're all ok! I decided to join this site after catching sight of myself in a mirror recently and although not being horrified, I can't say I jumped for joy. I currently weight 10.5 stone and I want to get down to 8 stone in time for holiday in May, or failing that, for my holiday in September.
I used to weigh nearly 13 stone, and I lost it all to be 9 stone but I have slowly started to put weight back on. Used to be a gym bunny but really fell out of love with it. I can't really afford to join a gym now so I am just hoping that living in a hilly city will be enough.
