Inspired by Crossfit

  • Is anyone out there interested in or participating in Crossfit?

    I've got to say I'm very interested in a shorter duration but full intensity workout emphasizing strength and endurance.

    I can't afford a membership but there are a lot of workouts available online. I'd like to change my workouts to similar - I have dumbells and a pullup bar.

    Anyone have any advice, stories to share?
