Although I have lost 5 pounds since I taped that video. Yay progress! Would have been more if I hadn't strained a muscle plus gotten sick (not the I can't eat kind, too). I'm also going to commit myself to 30 minute hooping sessions every day and some yoga in between. I don't want to do too much because of my achilles.
Seriously, never strain that muscle. It sucks to heal!
