I actually got this DVD for Christmas 2010. I only ended up doing it once because I got lazy and completely fell off track with my weight loss. Well, I have restarted my journey and I think I am going to start doing the 30 day shred again tomorrow. I did 1.5 miles on the treadmill today which was a HUGE step in the right direction for me. I typically hate exercising and have lost all of my weight thus far without exercise. But, I just keep telling myself "imagine how much you could've lost if you were exercising too!". Getting back on track now though and definitely going to try to add the 30 day shred to my daily routine
