Me: 219.5, down half a pound from last week.

Note: Again, it took me several times to get past the script error to get to the point where I could post this. I will attempt to post the weigh in thread next week, but if the 3FC is simply broken for me, I will accept the fates and just give up on this.

Great job Tealeaf. I need to be accountable for my weight. So here I am. I've gained over 20 pounds since halloween. Lets get started.

I was down at 156 before Thanksgiving, yet afterwards have been up at 163-164 for the month after.
I'm now down to 161, so I'm super happy! I just have to take it one day at a time.

130 or 135. I am losing about 25 lbs. Let's do this!

I am back on track this week after being gone from 3FC (and a healthy eating) for several months!

This morning I weighed 139. This is up 7 lbs from July.

140.4 today, a loss of 3.2 from last Friday! I think my body has adopted the "whoosh" that so many other 3FCers talk about. I only lost 0.6 last week, so maybe part of this 3.2 was being held onto from last week. (I also usually see a bigger loss at the end of TTOM, for what it's worth.) Either way, 5.4 pounds to my goal!

Finally, after 3 weeks of losing nothing I weighed in at 260.2 this morning. Losing 1.6 pounds doesn't seem like a lot but I am happy with it. But this can only mean that my TOM is coming up in a week.

193.2 Down .8 from last weighin...Really freakin surprised I didn't gain during Christmas. Here's to hoping for no gain during the new years. Cheers

weigh in today - 85kg (187lbs). did not gain any over xmas, woo!

weighed this morning, 242.2 lost 32lbs since october 17th.....did not gain over christmas, actually lost 2lbs

Yesterday I weighed in at 208 which is still more than before Christmas but I am getting closer to my pre Christmas weight. I gained 6 lbs over Christmas!! I've lost 4 now.
