Phase 1.5 Guidelines

  • Hi all - Can anyone give the "guidelines" for phase 1.5? I know that it is a unofficial phase but wanted something to follow.
  • Phase 1.5 is the way many of us transition from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Essentially it involved adding things back very slowly, i.e. adding in one fruit a day for a week, then the next week adding a small serving of whole grain on top of the fruit, etc.
  • If you do a search for Phase 1.5, you will find many a thread on it!
