  • Hello ladies! This is something I really used to enjoy when I was back in the 20 something's forum. Basically the idea is well all create a post with our goals and a log for the month. Then you come back and update it daily with your hard work! It can be simple or detailed. Mine will follow as an example. I am a 'list' person and find a ton of motivation in updating my totals and putting it out there for the world to see! Maybe you will too!

    Lose 5 lbs (be to 149 lbs...)
    Only drink coffee/water (no soda or tea)
    Stay away from the 5 C's (Cereal, Candy, Chips, ice Cream and Cola)
    Drink 48 oz of water per day

  • Good idea! The start of January is my offical start with getting back to weight loss (not a new years thing, just getting past the holidays), so this will be perfect for me. So...

    January Goals:

    ACTUALLY start, instead of the "good for 3 days then stop again" thing I've been doing
    Lose 7 pounds
    Drink only water / cut out the diet soda
    Only have a treat if I have the calories left
    Don't skip my fitness class unless I absolutly have to because of something else going on

    *My fitness class in Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I'll try to get some activity in the other days, but it's not manditory for me just yet. I'm just starting back at this after an unplanned year "off".
  • I'm in!!

    I've been sick for the last week with no end in sight, so starting in January I need to get back at my workouts HARD CORE! And clean up my eating.

    For now, my goal is to do 3 HIIT workouts a week (including bodyweight exercises) and lift HEAVY weights 2 times a week!! As far as nutrition goes, I'll be eating when I'm HUNGRY and not eat from the office candy jar!!
