Anyone else out there on the IPD? I started the diet a week ago...I weigh in tomorrow! Im excited to see how much Ive lost. I have stuck to the diet and have not cheated at all! Im looking for some buddies to keep me going. My hubby and I our going to Mexico Feb 5th so I need to lose quick!

I am new to the forum and have been reading up on the IP diet. I think I am going to sign up after the New Year -- I have read nothing negative about the diet -- what can I lose except weight??? :-)
