
I'm 25 years old from the UK... ive registered on here so i can have help and support in losing weight... it has to be done... i am normally a yo-yo dieter!!
I've got to do it for my own health more than anything and i want to be fitter!

I'm currently 17 stone 5lbs!! I have no specific diet plan and all i really have time for is Wii fit/just dance and walking as much as possible!!
I'm going to try eating breakfast every day and cutting down my food first... because HATE the word diet and sticking to a diet plan because u can guarantee it just wont happen! So i thought if i do things slowly and in my own way but exercise more then HOPEFULLY it will work!!
