Lately I have been eating whatever, exercising without intensity, and just mopping around. I don't know how I used to do this. I want to say I started with baby steps, but its so difficult to humble myself and go back to that, it takes so long. UGH.


I was doing great for a few months and yesterday I had the biggest exam of my life so I've been eating whatever I want for the past week. Honestly, it was worth it LOL. But I'm up 4 pounds and am getting back into gear today. The best thing that works for me is to wake up and FORCE yourself to workout. After that, you won't want to undo the calories lost so you will eat healthier. At least for me, that works if I do it 2 days in a row. Good luck lovely. You can do this!!!!!!!!!
