on Atkins for me now and I am still feeling pretty good so I decided that I am going to try and bring it up a notch by also trying to add at least 30 minutes of some type of physical activity when ever I can. So this morning I embraced the cold
and went for a 30 minute with my dog. She seemed to love the walk and it helped me keeping going b/c she kept pulling me lol 
What have you done or doing to incorporate some physical activity???


I am going to try your idea of having my clothes ready to go the nite before. This morning I spent some time trying to figure what to wear to go out there. Also I am thinking of maybe trying out a 5k to help me have something to look forward too maybe one that will take place in the Spring.
