I'd take a 3.9 loss anytime lol!



I'm now down 9.4 pounds from the start of my journey (Oct 3). I'm proud that I picked up apple slices with sugar free carmel dip at the grocery store this past weekend. I plan to get on my Wii at least twice this week (either wii fit plus or zumba), even if it's only for a few minutes at a time....Gotta start somewhere!
