The 'No Weigh In' Challenge

    So I thought I'd start a challenge which I originally wanted to do myself but thought it would be fun to have other people join in. I am a frequent weigher, in fact I think weighing in on my home scale has become and obsession. Sometimes I hop on up to 3 times per day and it really affects my overall mood for the day. I really really want to STOP letting the scale dictate how I feel day to day so starting tomorrow, I will step on my scale and get my initial weight for the day. After tomorrow, I won't weigh myself at home until next Monday morning. I do weigh in on Wednesday morning at my center but that won't count, only at home where I have access to a scale 24/7.

    I would LOVE to have people do this with me! If you're in, hop on here tomorrow morning and post your weight. Check in whenever you'd like during the week, post your struggles, thoughts, etc. then come Monday weigh in and again post your weight. If this works, I'd like to start another one but this one will be 2 weeks straight!
  • Personnaly, I'm a WI-holic : I WI every single day! I only WI one time a day though, in the morning, and make graphs of my daily loss... (only counts my official friday WI as my official weight though)

    I won't join you in your challenge, because I'm still focussing on making good choices right now, and I think adding this other challenge would add too much stress lol

    But I wish you good luch on that, I hope to be able to do the same one day!
  • I may join you in a few weeks! I am rededicating myself to tracking and measuring etc, and adding some new exercise in, so I want to be able to see what happens with that. But I definetly will try it soon with you!
