i dont feel like myself in my body anymore i see the numbers in the scale going down but no progress in appearance =(

It is hard to notice a change in ourselves because we look at ourselves everyday. Are your clothes bigger? Is the numbers on the scale going down? Then you are losing. It would be easier to see if you took your picture every so often.

I have similar stats to you and I really do know how you feel. It's really hard to see the change in yourself and it's something I still have issue with. I don't recognize myself in pictures because I still don't see the new body I have. I still feel as if I have my old one.

Like Pag0206 said, take a picture of yourself and compare it to an old one. You will see the difference and you'll be shocked!

I have the same problem. I don't see a change in my body but everyone else seems to. I believe that because our bodies change so gradually with weight loss that we simply over look the changes. I had to start taking pictures, keeping track of measurements and really paying attention to how my clothes fit.

I feel for you too, maybe it just takes longer for some of us?

I know for my body, in the past I don't look any thinner until I get into the 130's and start to look okay in the 120's. I just don't carry weight well and now I wonder if I can look good at all since I haven't been in my goal range in the past 15 years.

Thanks so i took up your guys advice and i looked at old pictures and i can tell a bit of a difference in my face but thats all ive only lost an inch off my waist and 2 off my thighs so theres really no difference in the way my clothes fits but soon ill see the results thanks once again

In another post, someone gave the analogy of 2 rolls of paper towels. If you start taking off layers on one roll, you initially can't tell the difference between the two. However, one is still smaller. Keep unwrapping the layers and soon you'll look like the skinny paper towel roll.
