Newbie here!

  • Hello all!

    My name is Cali, and I'm 17 years old. I currently reside in a small town in the oh-so hot state of Texas!

    When I was younger I was extremely active; I would do just about everything!
    I used to weigh 89 pounds when I was in the 6th grade. I went through a rough year with bullies, etc which made me to excessively indulge myself in foods. The weight started packing on and on, and now I'm currently 141 pounds. I feel constantly disgusted to see myself in the mirror, my thighs are big, along with my stomach area and I've decided to make a change.

    My current goal is to lose 40 pounds. I graduate in May and I want to try to lose as much as I can before I start college.


    Additional info:

    I'm an extremely picky eater, I guess you could consider me a vegetarian! I'm trying to eat better but I need advice and tips so does anyone have a thread or anything to recommend me reading on?

  • Good luck on your goal, but ... WOW! You must be a bit on the short side to have 100 pounds as a goal. Are you sure that makes sense?
